HOW DOES IT WORK?
Whichever subscription plan you choose, you’ll receive epic gadgets that will upgrade your entertainment & lifestyle. With our Quarterly Boxes, you’ll receive an amazing themed gadget box every 3 months filled with up to 4 epic gadgets you can enjoy!
Each gadget box is shipped within 1-2 working days of your order being placed, to get it to you as soon as possible. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each term on the date that you started, unless it’s cancelled before your next charge date.
WHAT TYPES OF GADGETS WILL I RECEIVE?
We aim to have as wide a variety of items as possible, and we’re constantly sourcing cool new tech for you. Items could include smart home gadgets, portable tech that makes travelling or commuting easier, awesome entertainment tech, and much more!
When our tech experts are selecting gadgets, they always ensure they’re suitable for all ages & genders. But most importantly if they upgrade your lifestyle or create a load of fun, they’re going in our classic black box!

WHICH GADGET TYPE SHOULD I CHOOSE: NOT THAT TECH SAVVY, FREQUENT GADGET USER, OR GADGET GEEK?
This choice won’t directly affect which items you receive, we use this info when we’re out scouting for new gadgets, to make sure each item is perfect for our subscribers. No matter which option you choose, you’ll receive equally epic gadgets!
HOW DO I LOG IN TO MY CUSTOMER PORTAL?
You can manage your subscription, change your next charge date or skip your next box at any point through your customer portal!

CAN I START ANOTHER SUBSCRIPTION?
Unlike most subscription boxes, we've designed sequences of gadget boxes to make sure you receive the best possible experience! Because of this, we recommend not starting more than one subscription with us, as this can lead to repeat gadgets. You can restart your original subscription at any point though!
WHEN WILL MY BOX SHIP?
We aim to ship boxes out within 1-2 working days of the order being placed. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once it ships, so keep an eye out for that!
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BOX?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details for you to keep an eye on.
In the UK, boxes are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48 and arrive in 2 working days from shipping. In the US and Canada, boxes are delivered around 5 - 10 working days from shipping.
It can take some time for updates to appear on your tracking link, but don’t worry, your order is on the move towards its next scan location, so keep checking in!
HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
If your subscription doesn’t suit you at the moment, you can easily change your next charge date or skip your next box in your customer portal. You can also cancel your subscription in your customer portal. To cancel your subscription, you can read more here.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We aim to get boxes shipped out as soon as possible once an order has been placed. Because of this, we are unable to cancel orders once they’ve been placed. You can cancel your renewal, skip a box, or rearrange your payment date anytime prior to your payment date through your customer portal.
HOW DO I RETURN A GADGET?
We hope you love your box, but we understand that sometimes there may be a reason that you would like to return an item to us. You can return any gadget you don’t love or the whole box to us. This is a super simple process and you can find our full returns details here.
