HOW DOES IT WORK?

No matter what type of subscription you go for, you’ll receive one box each month containing one epic gadget to upgrade your life! Your subscription will renew on the date that you first started your subscription, and your box will be shipped within 1-2 days of your order being placed! Please note that all personal plans do renew automatically unless cancelled at least 48 hours before your next charge date. 

 

WHAT TYPES OF GADGETS WILL I RECEIVE?

We aim to have as wide a variety of items as possible, and we’re constantly sourcing cool new tech for you. One month you may receive a smart home gadget, another month a financial protection gadget and another month a piece of tech that helps makes travelling or commuting easier. When we're selecting gadgets, our criteria is that it should make an area of your life easier or more fun :) if it helps you level up your lifestyle and discover cool new innovations, it’s going in our classic black box! 

 

WHICH GADGET TYPE SHOULD I CHOOSE: NOT THAT TECH SAVVY, FREQUENT GADGET USER, OR GADGET GEEK?

This choice won’t directly affect which items you receive, we use this info when we’re out scouting for new gadgets, to make sure each item is perfect for our subscribers.

No matter which option you choose, you’ll receive an equally epic gadget! 

 

WHEN WILL MY BOX SHIP?

We aim to ship boxes out within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once it ships, so keep an eye out for that! 

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BOX?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details for you to keep an eye on. We typically allow up to 12 business days from dispatch to delivery as we ship internationally, but we have temporarily extended that to 15-25 business days to account for any delays caused by COVID-19 and other current circumstances. The vast majority of orders are arriving within the usual time frame though! 

It can take some time for updates to appear on your tracking link, but don’t worry, your order is on the move towards its next scan location, so keep checking in! 

 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and click on ‘Manage Subscriptions’ on the right hand side of the screen. Click on the ‘Subscriptions’ tab, and click on the ‘edit’ button next to the subscription you’d like to cancel. You’ll find the cancel subscription option at the bottom of the screen. Easy as that! 

To prevent your next payment from being processed, you’ll need to cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled payment. You can find out more about managing your subscription here. 

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We aim to get boxes shipped out as soon as possible once an order has been placed in order to provide our members with the best experience possible. Because of this, we cannot guarantee we'll be able to cancel your order once it has been placed. Please reach out to our customer experience team to cancel you order, however if the order has been processed we are unable to stop it from being shipped. We do have a hassle free returns policy so gadgets can be returned for a full refund in these cases.

 

HOW DO I RETURN A GADGET?

We hope you love your box, but we understand that sometimes there may be a reason that you would like to return an item to us. This is a super simple process, you can find our full returns details here.

All of our subscriptions include epic gadgets, so we're confident you’ll love the experience no matter which one you choose. Our subscriptions are designed so that each gadget will level up your lifestyle on its own, but the 12 month plan means you'll get our fully curated experience. Our 12 month gadget plan has gadgets that work together to give you a boost in every area of your life, so it's ideal if you don’t want to miss out. An added bonus is that the longer the plan, the bigger the savings! Whichever you go for, we hope our gadgets will help you level up your life.
