Managing Your Subscription

Welcome to the Club! Now that you’ve signed up, you can easily manage your subscription  within your account.

To access your account, you’ll first need to register and create a secure password to log in. Just be sure to use the same email address you signed up with!

Click on your flag below to get started! If your subscription began before the 14th of December, please click here to register.

Your customer portal gives you self-service access to update your address, skip a month, or even cancel your subscription. You’ll find everything you need to have an awesome discovery experience!!

Need to update your info or skip a couple of months? No problem, just click ‘Manage Subscriptions’. You’ll find 5 options at the top of your account.



Here you can see all plans linked to your email account. You can cancel plans, change your payment date, or update your address. Just click ‘edit’ on the plan you’d like to change! 

If you have a prepaid subscription or a gift subscription, and you’d like to update your address, please contact us to let us know, as we’ll need to perform an additional update to make sure the address is updated successfully!



Monthly subscribers can click on this tab to check when your gadget boxes will be delivered. Want to skip a month? Just hit ‘skip’ on the deliveries you’d like to miss!

If you have a prepaid or gift subscription, you won’t see each individual box here, but don’t worry, you’ll still receive your monthly box! 



Go to this tab to view past orders and payments.



Click here to view and amend all addresses on your account.



Need to update your payment details? Here you can securely update your card details so you can carry on discovering epic gadgets without any hiccups!

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and click on ‘Manage Subscriptions’ on the right hand side of the screen. Click on the ‘Subscriptions’ tab, and click on the ‘edit’ button next to the subscription you’d like to cancel. You’ll find the cancel subscription option at the bottom of the screen. Easy as that!
