Managing Your Subscription

Welcome to the Club! Now that you’ve signed up, you can easily manage your subscription  within your account.

To access your account, you’ll first need to register and create a secure password to log in. Just be sure to use the same email address you signed up with!

Click on your flag below to get started! If your subscription began 12th of December 2020 or before, please click here to register.

Your customer portal gives you self-service access to manage your membership. You’ll find everything you need to have an awesome discovery experience!!

Need to update your info or skip a payment? No problem, just click ‘Manage Subscriptions’. You’ll find the options at the top of your account.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Here you can see all plans linked to your email account. Just click 'edit' on the plan you’d like to change!

PURCHASE HISTORY

Go to this tab to view past orders and payments.

SHIPPING

Go to this tab to view and amend the address on your account. 

If you have a prepaid subscription or a gift subscription, and you’d like to update your address, please contact us to let us know, as we’ll need to perform an additional update to make sure the address is updated successfully!

PAYMENT METHODS

Need to update your payment details? Here you can securely update your card details so you can carry on discovering epic gadgets without any hiccups!

CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION

To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and click on ‘Manage Subscriptions’ on the right hand side of the screen. Click on the ‘Subscriptions’ tab, and click on the ‘edit’ button next to the subscription you’d like to cancel. You’ll find the cancel subscription option at the bottom of the screen. Easy as that!

To prevent your next payment from being processed, you’ll need to cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled payment.
