Managing Your Subscription

Welcome to the Club! Now that you’ve signed up, you can easily manage your subscription within your account.

To access your account, you’ll first need to register and create a secure password to log in. Just be sure to use the same email address you signed up with!

Click on your flag below to get started! If your subscription began 12th of December or before, please click here to register.

Your customer portal gives you self-service access to update your address and make other edits, depending on your location. Just click 'Manage Subscriptions' to view your customisation options.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Here you can see all plans linked to your email account. Just click 'edit' on the plan you’d like to change!

If you’d like to update your address, please contact us to let us know, as we’ll need to perform an additional update to make sure the address is updated successfully!

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Monthly & Quarterly subscribers can click on this tab to check when your gadget boxes will be delivered.

If you have a prepaid or gift subscription, you won’t see each individual box here, but don’t worry, you’ll still receive your boxes!

Go to this tab to view past orders and payments.

ADDRESSES

Click here to view and amend the address on your account.

BILLING INFORMATION

Need to update your payment details? Here you can securely update your card details so you can carry on discovering epic gadgets without any hiccups!

CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION

To cancel your membership, log in to your account here and click on ‘Manage Subscriptions’ on the right hand side of the screen. Click on the ‘Subscriptions’ tab, click ‘edit’ on your plan, click "cancel subscription" at the bottom of the screen and then follow the instructions.

To prevent your next payment from being processed, you’ll need to cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled payment.
