Welcome to the Club! Now that you’ve signed up, you can easily manage your subscription within your account.
To access your account, you’ll first need to register and create a secure password to log in. Just be sure to use the same email address you signed up with!
Click on your flag below to get started! If your subscription began 12th of December or before, please click here to register.
Your customer portal gives you self-service access to update your address and make other edits, depending on your location. Just click 'Manage Subscriptions' to view your customisation options.
Here you can see all plans linked to your email account. Just click 'edit' on the plan you’d like to change!
If you have a prepaid subscription or a gift subscription, and you’d like to update your address, please contact us to let us know, as we’ll need to perform an additional update to make sure the address is updated successfully!
Monthly subscribers can click on this tab to check when your gadget boxes will be delivered.
If you have a prepaid or gift subscription, you won’t see each individual box here, but don’t worry, you’ll still receive your monthly box!

If you’re a UK based customer and you'd like to cancel your subscription then please call us on 0204 525 2345. A customer experience agent will be available to help Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm BST.
If you joined on 12th December or prior & are based outside of the UK, please email us here.
If you joined after 12th December & are not a UK based customer, then log in to your account and click on ‘Manage Subscriptions’ on the right hand side of the screen. Click on the ‘Subscriptions’ tab, and click on the ‘edit’ button next to the subscription you’d like to cancel. You’ll find the cancel subscription option at the bottom of the screen.
To prevent your next payment from being processed, you’ll need to cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled payment. You can find out more about managing your subscription here.
