How Do I Return A Gadget?

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes there may be a reason that you would like to return an item to us. We aim to make this process as simple as possible.

With a note specifying your full name, email used to place your order, order ID in your confirmation email and the reason for returning the item(s), so we can ensure your credit is accurate.

If you wish to return a product(s), you must do so within 14 days of receiving. You may return any product(s), providing it is in a resalable condition, unless the product was damaged or faulty. If the product(s) was already damaged or faulty you will need to notify us of this when returning the goods, with a note specifying your full name, email used to place your order and the reason for returning the item(s). We will refund you on the same payment card, once we have received and processed the item, which typically takes up to 14 days from the date of receiving.

If you are a subscriber that started your subscription on 26th February 2019 or after, you are eligible for a 30 day return period.

You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.

We recommend shipping packages back using tracked shipping where you receive a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages.
