How Do I Return A Gadget?
We hope you love every gadget you receive in your gadget box, whether that’s upgrading your own life with awesome tech or making someone’s day with a gift! Each gadget box is themed for maximum impact, so we hope you’ll enjoy the whole box.
However, as we’re a mystery gadget box service, we completely understand that there may be a reason you wish to return a gadget to us for a refund. We aim to make that process as hassle free as possible!
You can easily return any gadget to us if needed. We work out the cost of a returned gadget like this:
Returned Item(s) Retail Value x Box Price Paid
Total Box Retail Value
In other words, we compare the gadget’s retail value to the price you paid for your box, and use that to work out how much of your payment should be refunded.
That way you can keep whatever gadgets you love and return any others to us. If you want to check how much your refund would amount to, please get in touch!
Please make sure to include a note with your return including your full name, email address and the reason for returning. That way we can ensure your credit is accurate, match your account to the return and use your feedback to improve going forward!
If you wish to return a gadget, you must do so within 30 days of receiving it and it must be in a resalable condition, unless the product was damaged or faulty. If it’s already damaged or faulty, you’ll need to notify us of this when returning the goods.
We can only issue a refund to the card you used for payment. Refunds are issued as soon as we’ve processed the return, which is typically within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
You are responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid. We recommend shipping packages back using tracked shipping where you receive a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages.
