How Do I Return A Gadget?

We hope you're delighted with your gadget boxes, but we understand sometimes there may be a reason that you’d like to return an item to us. We aim to make this process as simple as possible.

Return any gadget with a note including your full name, the email used to place your order and the reason for returning the item(s), so we can ensure your credit is accurate.

If you wish to return a gadget, you must do so within 30 days of receiving & it must be in a resalable condition, unless the product was damaged or faulty. If it’s already damaged or faulty you’ll need to notify us of this when returning the goods.

We’ll refund you on the same payment card, once we have received and processed the item, which typically takes up to 14 days from the date of receiving.

You are responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.

If you’re a Quarterly Box member, you can return a single gadget, multiple gadgets or the entire box. Partial refund amounts are calculated as below:

We recommend shipping packages back using tracked shipping where you receive a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages.
