How Do I Track My Order?

Once an order has been placed, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation email, usually within 12 hours of the order being processed. Once your order has been confirmed via a Dispatch Confirmation email, you will receive your product(s) usually in 4 - 12 working days, depending on the shipping courier. Due to COVID-19, delivery times have been temporarily extended to 15 - 25 working days.

The Dispatch Confirmation email will contain your order number and a link to see your shipping tracking number, to track your order. Just click this link to see the status of your order. It usually takes approximately 2 days from the dispatch date for the shipping carrier to provide an exact location of where your parcel is.

If you haven't received a dispatch email after 4 days from the date you placed your order, please contact us here and a customer service agent will be able to help 🙂

Please note, if you have ordered multiple items, they may not always be dispatched as one parcel.
