How Do I Request A Refund?

We hope that your Gadget Discovery Club experience is full of excitement, discovery and most importantly, leveling up! However we do understand that sometimes there may be a reason why you'd like to receive a refund. We aim to make this process as simple as possible.

If you wish to get a refund you must return the Product(s) within 14 days of receiving. You may return any Product(s), providing it is in a resalable condition, unless the Product was damaged or faulty. If the Product(s) was already damaged or faulty you will need to notify us of this when returning the goods. We will refund you on the same payment card, once we have received and processed the item, which typically takes up to 14 days from the date of receiving.

If you are a subscriber that started your subscription on 26th February 2019 or after, you are eligible for a 30 day return period.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds take between 5-10 working days to appear in your account.
