Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products or Services from our Site or Third Party Websites. By ordering any of our Products or subscribing to any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. INFORMATION ABOUT US
1.1 The Site (www.gadgetdiscoveryclub.com) is operated by CE Commerce Ltd (“We”, “Our” or “Us”), a company registered in the UK and an agent of Zing Online Media Ltd.
2. YOUR STATUS
By placing an order through our Site, you warrant that:
2.1 you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
2.2 you are at least 18 years old; and
3. HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED BETWEEN YOU AND US
3.1 After placing an order on our Site, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that your order has been placed. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to buy Products, subscribe to a Service, or both (“Order”). All Orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been dispatched (“Dispatch Confirmation”). Upon receiving a Dispatch Confirmation, a contract (“Contract”) will be formed between us.
3.2 The Contract will relate only to those Products or Services whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Product which may have been part of your Order until the dispatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.
4. PRODUCTS, SERVICES & SHIPPING
4.1 Subscription plan Services consist of an initial charge followed by recurring charges, based on the plan as agreed to by you. By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to deactivation. Our Site will submit monthly, quarterly or annual charges, based on your chosen plan(s), without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice that you have terminated this authorization or wish to change your payment method.
Should you select a gift based plan, there will only be a one-time charge, with no recurring charge.
Should you select a Pay In Instalments plan, you will enter into either a 3 month rolling contract or a 12 month rolling contract, depending on your chosen plan. Upon entering into a rolling contract, you must pay the total amount due during each contract term. The total amount due is the sum of each monthly payment over the contract term. At the end of a contract term, the contract automatically renews for the same duration, unless you cancel it prior to the end of a contract term.
4.2 By subscribing to our Site you are agreeing to pay recurring periodic subscriptions, based on your plan, for an indefinite time until cancelled by you or us.
4.3 Payment for Products and/ or Services will be collected upon placing your Order (unless you are on a Pay In Instalments plan where you will make 1 payment upfront and the remainder over the contract term). Your Order is placed in processing at the beginning of the following day, usually between 12am to 1am and then a Dispatch Confirmation will be delivered to you, usually within 12 hours of the Order being processed. Once your Order has been confirmed via a Dispatch Confirmation, you will receive your Product(s) usually in 2 - 12 working days, depending on the shipping courier. An estimated delivery timeframe and tracking number will be provided to you via your Dispatch Confirmation. Due to the on-going situation with COVID-19, delivery times have been extended to 15 - 25 working days and possibly longer.
4.4 In the event the Product(s) is out of stock, we will offer you the option to get a refund or wait until the product is back in stock. Refunds take between 5-10 working days to appear in your account.
5.1 For Pay Upfront plans, you can cancel an existing subscription at any time. In order to prevent the following subscription payment, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to your next payment.
For Pay In Instalment plans, you can cancel an existing subscription at any time, however the cancellation will only take effect at the end of your current contract term. If you do not cancel before the end of your current contract term and your next contract term begins, you will enter into a full new contract term of the same duration.

5.2 You can re-subscribe at any time following your cancellation, but we reserve the right not to permit re-subscription where we have previously elected to terminate a subscription by you.
5.3 If you have selected a pre-paid subscription plan, you will be billed the total amount at the start of the subscription period. If you have cancelled your subscription prior to the end of that subscription period, you will continue to receive Products/ the Service each month until the end of your subscription period. Further, unless you cancel your subscription within 48 hours of the end of your then-current subscription period, at the end of that period, your subscription will automatically be renewed for an additional subscription period of the same amount of time.
5.4 To cancel an order you must cancel prior to it being processed. Orders are processed at the beginning of the following day, usually between 12am to 1am. If your order has already been processed you will not be able to cancel your order and if you wish to get a refund, you must return the item to us. We will process refunds on all Orders prior to processing. Refunds take between 5-10 working days to appear in your account.
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
6.1 If you wish to get a refund you must return the Product(s) within 30 days of receiving. You may return any Product(s), providing it is in a resalable condition, unless the Product was damaged or faulty. If the Product(s) was already damaged or faulty you will need to notify us of this when returning the goods. We will refund you on the same payment card, once we have received and processed the item, which typically takes up to 10 working days from the date of receiving.
6.2 All postage or shipping costs incurred by you in returning the unwanted Product(s) must be paid by you and are not refundable. Please send all returns to your nearest address from the following list:

If you joined as a member in the UK from 23rd April 2021, in the US or Canada from 3rd August 2021, you are eligible for our Free Discovery Guarantee, where any returned Product(s) entitles you to a refund and £5, $15 or $25CAD respectively off your next box for pay as you go plans or a £5, $15 or $25CAD refund respectively on your current term for prepaid plans, in order to cover the cost of your return.
With the Free Discovery Guarantee, you are only eligible to make 1 refund per box you receive. This does not prevent you from sending multiple items separately which will be refunded, just not with the free returns credit/ refund.
The Free Discovery Guarantee does not apply to any pay in instalment plans, gifts, orders from 3rd party sites or individual boxes. We reserve the right to adjust the return shipping credit/ refund or remove this offer at any time.
Where you receive multiple items within 1 box and you return 1 or more items, the refund value calculation can be viewed here. We will determine the retail value of each item at our sole discretion.
6.3 On any Order(s) where you have paid for shipping, the price of the shipping is non-refundable.
6.4 Replacement of Products and refunds for shipped items claimed as not received are subject to our investigation, which may include postal-service notification. Repeated claims of undelivered merchandise may result in cancellation of the Service to you.
6.5 Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and Product(s) cannot be returned for a cash refund.
7. MEDIA RIGHTS
Should you submit any media to us, including but not limited to text reviews, image reviews, video reviews or social media posts, you grant us the right to re-post, modify and translate this media across any of our promotional channels.
8. THIRD PARTY WEBSITES
The Site may feature products & services from third party websites and links to these third party websites ("Third Party Websites"). We are not responsible for any agreement you enter into with a Third Party Website. We always aim to provide unbiased & helpful reviews about third party products & services, through independent & rigorous testing, which takes weeks of researching & planning & years of technology buying experience. We purchase the majority of the products we review ourselves & sometimes may receive free products or services. We may use affiliate links for Third Party Websites. For example, as an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Whether we receive an affiliate commission or not, we always maintain editorial integrity, with a focus on serving readers.
9. OUR RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system's capabilities.
10. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions and any document expressly referred to in them constitute the whole agreement between us and supersede all previous discussions, correspondence, negotiations, previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between us.
11. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
11.1 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event). A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:
- Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
- Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
- Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
- Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
- Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; and
- The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
11.2 We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations may be performed.
12. OUR LIABILITY
12.1 If we fail to comply with these terms and conditions we shall only be liable to you for the purchase price of the Products or Service. Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- Any other matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.
12.2 We are not liable for any agreement you enter into with a Third Party Website.
13. LAW AND JURISDICTION
The purchase of Products or Services through our site or any Third Party Website and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation will be governed by the laws of England.
14. MOBILE MESSAGE SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS
We operate a mobile message service ("Mobile Service") and your use of this constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Mobile Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Mobile Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
We do not charge for the Mobile Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-In: The Mobile Service allows you to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by affirmatively opting in. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Your consent to receive autodialed marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. If you have opted in, the Mobile Service provides updates, promotions and other marketing offers (e.g. cart reminders) from us via text messages through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies.
Opt-Out: If you do not wish to continue the Mobile Service, you agree to reply “STOP” to any mobile message from Us in order to opt out. Click the unsubscribe link in any text message to cancel at any time. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. For Service support or assistance, text “HELP” to the number you received messages from, or email us at support@gadgetdiscoveryclub. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Mobile Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any “STOP” or “HELP” requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honouring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Mobile Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
